Tell Santa Charles what’s in your heart this year — in ASL, or in your own words. He reads every letter and writes back with a personalized video.
How it works: Your child records a short ASL video (or you type a letter for them). Santa Charles reviews every letter personally and replies with a custom ASL video to your email — usually within 1–2 weeks during the holiday season.
A parent or guardian must submit on the child’s behalf. Letters are kept private — they’re for Santa Charles only, never shared publicly.
Who sees the letters? Only Santa Charles and the foundation’s small core team. We don’t share letters publicly without explicit permission.
How long are they kept? We retain letters for the current season plus one year, then they’re deleted from our system. Santa Charles may keep a personal archive.
Required: parent or guardian. A parent or legal guardian must submit each letter and confirm consent. We follow COPPA guidelines for children under 13.
