This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing nonprofit. As our first Executive Director, this person will guide the organization’s growth with the support of our Board, volunteers, and ambassadors, while helping build the systems, partnerships, and funding needed for long-term success.

Grow to new cities

Build partnerships that expand Deaf Santa visits to more communities every year.

Lead the team

Recruit, guide, and support staff, volunteers, ambassadors, and partners who bring the mission to life.

Deepen community ties

Represent the foundation and strengthen its roots throughout the Deaf community and beyond.

Build a sustainable organization

Lead fundraising efforts, cultivate donors, secure grants, develop sponsorships, and build the systems that support year-round growth.

Tell the story

Guide the foundation’s storytelling through the film and media outreach so more families discover Deaf Santa.
