Believe in a Christmas for all.

The Deaf Santa Claus Foundation is a Deaf-led nonprofit creating accessible holiday experiences for Deaf and hard-of-hearing children, families, and communities — in American Sign Language, in every corner of the country.

✦ Why we exist ✦

Every child deserves their own magic.

Ninety-six percent of Deaf children are born into hearing families. For many, holiday traditions are something they watch rather than something they truly experience. Santa smiles and nods, but doesn’t understand. Their wish remains unspoken.

The Deaf Santa Claus Foundation exists to change that. Through the documentary Deaf Santa Claus, live appearances by Deaf Santas, training for hearing Santas, continuing education for interpreters, and a growing Deaf Santa Network, we’re creating a fully inclusive Christmas tradition where every child is seen, understood, and included.
